Textile Technology Centre. Expert knowledge.

Our in-house textile technical centre is equipped with modern filament-processing textile machines from leading manufacturers. This allows us to simulate production steps that are comparable to those in the customer’s factory. Our experienced team of textile technologists and process engineers supports existing and future customers.

Samuel Gerber, Head of Professional Services:

„We support everyone – both existing customers and other professionals involved in ATY, DTY, CA, DSY or spinning. We can proudly say that we offer unique expertise in the areas of air interlacing, air covering and air texturing.“

Innovation. We support you.

When it comes to new developments, our customers trust the experts at Heberlein. Our team provides indispensable support in the development of new products by testing innovative ideas, technical specifications and other customer requests in order to refine them in practice. Close cooperation between specialists, the availability of modern equipment and practical testing procedures result in reliable data and findings – and thus form the basis for successful product development in the textile industry.

Textile laboratory. Put us to the test.

In our textile laboratory, we offer comprehensive services, troubleshooting and solutions for process-related problems. Our experts advise on textile technology, process engineering and economic issues, as well as on end uses for filament yarns. Another service we offer is yarn testing. Based on reports with recommendations for machine settings, yarn manufacturers can improve quality and process efficiency, increase profitability and reduce the risk of complaints.

On-site. Trials.

Selecting the optimal jet for a specific application is a complex task. However, Heberlein’s service technicians offer valuable support in the decision-making process. Equipped with trial samples, they visit customers on site and carry out trials until the desired results are achieved. Ideally, these tests will result in lower air or energy consumption without compromising product quality, or in improved yarn properties – such as a higher number of knots, improved strength or greater uniformity – while maintaining the same air consumption.
