Do you have a branch office in Austria?

No. We serve the Austrian market directly from Switzerland.

Do you have a branch office in Germany?

No. We serve the German market directly from Switzerland.

Do you have a centralised settlement procedure (CSP) account?

How long can I have a sample on consignment?

The loan period is limited to a maximum of 3 months. Afterwards, you may decide to either purchase or return the product.

I am interested in having a splicing test performed in your laboratory. What do I have to do?

Please send us at least 100 metres of yarn and fill out the splicing test form.

I recently received a shipment from you, which included transportation costs. I just receive another invoice from the freight forwarding/shipping company. Why?

We only charge you for the transport costs to the destination.

Additional costs are incurred in connection with the import, such as sales tax or import processing fees by the freight forwarding/shipping company.

I would like to return a trial sample.
